Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ZilloBot Chrome Extension ("Extension", "Service") operated by ZilloBot ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

The ZilloBot Extension is designed to help Airbnb hosts create personalized outreach messages to property landlords on Zillow. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate messages based on the information you provide and the property details extracted from Zillow pages.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service

2. Service Plans and Payments

The Service offers two plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 5 generated messages per day
• Premium Plan: Unlimited message generation for a one-time fee

Premium Plan purchases are processed through Stripe. By purchasing the Premium Plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Premium licenses are valid for the lifetime of the current major version of the Extension. We reserve the right to require additional payments for major version upgrades.

3. License Keys

Premium access is granted through a license key. Your license key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key. Sharing or distributing your license key is prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZilloBot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent.

5. OpenAI Integration

The Service uses OpenAI's GPT-4o API to generate content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The content generated through the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before using it
• We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or performance of the OpenAI API

6. Zillow Data

The Service extracts property information from Zillow pages. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Zillow data complies with Zillow's Terms of Use
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data extracted from Zillow pages

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZilloBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
